All our cables are manufactured and tested in accordance with the IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard. We have established a wire harness testing lab, which includes wire and cable pulling force testing, high and low-temperature testing, SR flexing test, housing insertion test, two-dimensional measurement, and so on. We strictly select qualified suppliers. All raw materials undergo a spot check before being stored in the warehouse, guaranteeing that all materials meet customers' requirements. We assign many inspectors to each processing step to ensure that every link complies with the specifications. After production, we conduct a 100% test, meaning we test all products one by one to ensure all items function correctly. When customers notify us to ship the goods, the OQC department conducts a final spot check to ensure the goods conform to the drawings.
